Eligibility for Returns


You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following requirements:

    •    The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

    •    The item is in its original packaging (if applicable)

    •    The item is not a clearance, personalized, or final-sale item


Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    •    Intimates or personal hygiene products

    •    Beauty or grooming items

    •    Clearance or final-sale items

    •    Personalized or custom-made products


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

We will replace the item or provide a refund at no additional cost.


How to Start a Return

Refunds


Once your return is approved and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original method of payment.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.


Exchanges


We currently offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.


Shipping Costs

    •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
