Shipping & Returns Policy – Gather & Co. LLC


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or holidays.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    •    Standard Shipping (5–10 business days)

    •    Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days)


International Shipping

Gather & Co. LLC does not currently offer international shipping.


Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Gather & Co. LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes within the United States.



Returns & Replacements


At Gather & Co. LLC, we want you to love every purchase you make with us. Each of our items is created with care, made to order, and designed to inspire faith and style in your everyday life.


Because of the custom nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizing. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we stand by the quality of our products.


When We’ll Make It Right

We gladly accept returns or replacements if:

    •    Your item arrives defective or damaged

    •    You receive the wrong item


Conditions for Returns/Exchanges

    •    All requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

    •    Proof of purchase and a photo of the defective or damaged item must be provided

    •    Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging


If your request is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
